Terms of Service

These terms apply to government offices ("Offices," "you") that use MuniLine, a service of IOWA LOVE, LLC ("we," "us").

The service

MuniLine answers general questions on an Office's phone line automatically, using information the Office approves. MuniLine is not for emergencies. It does not perform transactions and does not look up or change records.

Your information is your responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you approve for MuniLine to use, such as services, hours, holiday closures, what to bring, and fees. Please keep it up to date.

Acceptable use

You agree to use MuniLine only for lawful purposes. You will not:

• use MuniLine to handle emergencies;
• use MuniLine to send marketing messages;
• try to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the service; or
• share your dashboard login with people who are not authorized by your Office.

Availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep MuniLine available and working well, but the service is provided "as is" and may sometimes be interrupted or make mistakes.

Fees

Fees are as set out in your order form.

Ending the service

Either party may end the service with notice to the other.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa.
