Program
"MuniLine Info Texts" is operated by IOWA LOVE, LLC on behalf of the government office you called.
How you opt in
During a phone call to an office that uses MuniLine, the automated assistant may offer to text you information you asked about (for example, a web link, an address, or a checklist). A text is sent only if you say yes and confirm the number. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service.
What you'll receive
One message (occasionally two if the information is long) per request, containing the information you asked for. Messages identify the office, e.g. "MuniLine for [Office name]: …". We do not send marketing messages.
Message frequency and rates
Message frequency varies by your requests. Message and data rates may apply.
How to stop or get help
To stop: reply STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts.
To get help: reply HELP or email support@muniline.ai.
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
See our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes; text-messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.
